It has always been my aim to teach tennis at its highest level while maintaining the fun of learning along the way. You have the option of individual private lessons, or you can share a lesson with a friend or two. Group lessons for teams and players who enjoy some social interaction are also available. All aspects of the game are covered: technical, tactical, footwork and mental efficiency.
Hitting lessons are great for players who are looking for repetition, hitting a lot of balls, and grooving their swings.
Fitness for Tennis is a programme designed to improve players’ agility, court speed, strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, balance and flexibility. The programme can be tailored to accommodate individual needs and can be conducted either as a private fitness session or with a group. Sessions take place on court, but do not involve racquet and ball.
For established players looking to improve their doubles game and tactics, why not try a Pro-Am session with the coach who will make up a doubles four and guide you through your game?
All lessons at peak hours are conducted on the basis of permanent weekly time slots, while off-peak hours (12-3pm Monday-Friday) are available for irregular casual bookings. Please refer to our coaching rates and enrolment form for the terms and conditions of booking a lesson.
